The designs shown in the Free Patterns area of this website are Natalie Wilson’s designs that have appeared at www.knitty.com.  Although these patterns are offered free of charge at www.knitty.com, they remain copyrighted work. It is iKnitiative’s policy (and Knitty’s) that these patterns are offered free for personal, individual use only.  Shops are not permitted to print out copies of these patterns and either sell them or distribute them free to customers. You can knit and display a model in your shop and refer customers to the internet for the pattern if you provide customers all of the following information

Once customers see the models, they want the patterns right then!  Other customers may not have convenient access to the internet or a good printer.  For these reasons, for the many shops that want to provide nicely-formatted, full-color printed versions of these patterns for their customers, iKnitiative wholesales these patterns, too.
